We manage the complete operation, including delivery, installation, licensed prize stock, regular servicing, maintenance and presentation. Your venue provides an approved location and access to power.
Qualifying venues may also be offered an upfront sign-on bonus, depending on the location, expected performance and agreed placement term.

What does the venue need to provide?
The venue generally provides an approved floor location, access to a suitable power outlet and reasonable access for stocking and servicing. Any additional requirements are confirmed during the venue assessment.

How is our share calculated?
The calculation is agreed before installation and written into the commercial agreement. The exact structure can vary by venue, but the agreement will clearly state the applicable percentage or return, how it is calculated and when it is paid.
How often will the venue be paid?
The payment frequency is agreed with the venue and documented before the machine is installed. Depending on the arrangement, payments may be made monthly or according to another agreed schedule.
Who is responsible for stocking and servicing?
Prize Hub Australia manages prize stocking, routine cleaning, machine presentation, maintenance and technical servicing. Very little day-to-day involvement is required from venue staff.
What prizes are used in the machines?
We focus on desirable, premium and fully licensed merchandise. Prize selection is tailored to the machine, venue audience and expected customer demand.
How much space is required?
This depends on the selected machine. We operate machines in a variety of sizes and can recommend an option suited to the venue's available floor space and access requirements.
Can a machine be removed or replaced?
The agreed placement term, review process and removal conditions are set out in the commercial agreement. Where appropriate, the machine may also be changed to better suit the venue or improve performance.
Do you offer a sign-on bonus?
